Celebrate National PROSECCO DAY with Della Vite

DELLA VITE LAUNCHES LONDON PROSECCO PAGEANT AND RECRUITS ‘PRO-SECCO DRINKER’ TO JOIN NATIONAL PROSECCO DAY CELEBRATIONS

Della Vite, the award-winning Proseccos, created by Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne, is on the hunt for the UK’s most passionate ‘Pro-secco Drinker’ ahead of National Prosecco Day on 13th August 2022. Following a rigorous recruitment process, the successful applicant will play an integral role in the Della Vite Prosecco Pageant on 11th August, which will include pitstops across London, with free-flowing Prosecco for those who spot Penelope - the iconic Della Vite Rosé car. The role will also encompass taste tests to ensure the liquid is always on point and generally bringing the Prosecco party to fellow Della Vite Devotees.

The successful applicant will play a key role in Della Vite’s mission to re-shape perceptions around Prosecco, putting the sparkle back into this much-loved, but under-appreciated drink. They will have a deep appreciation for Prosecco, gained from conducting widespread taste tests, a bubbly personality, and a character fizzing with enthusiasm to bring proper Prosecco to the people. A passion for pasta is also preferred, particularly those who know their strozzapreti from their trofie. The recruitment process, designed to sort the passionate Pro-seccos from the placid, will encompass a blind taste test, a carpool karaoke style DJ drive, and the ultimate test - kick starting a party with the Della Vite finance team.

Having just launched a Prosecco Rosé variant, Della Vite will be taking its pink coloured car – Penelope – on a Prosecco Pageant, offering samples at pitstops across London. The newly appointed ‘Pro-secco Drinker’ will be joining ‘Penelope’s Pink Prosecco Pageant’ on 11th August, ensuring Della Vite always rolls up in style. Complete with a serious sound system and ice bath in the boot, the Della Vite Devotee will be responsible for keeping the tunes fresh and the Prosecco even fresher. No driving license is required (a chauffeur will be provided), but a license to party is essential. So, if you put the ‘pro’ in ‘Prosecco’, Della Vite wants to hear from you - submit your applications, including a short commentary on why you’re a ‘Pro-secco Drinker’ to media@della-vite.com by 9th August. Expect plentiful payment in the form of Prosecco.

‘Penelope’s Pink Prosecco Pageant’ will take place on Thursday 11th August, with pitstops at landmarks, bars and restaurants across the capital. Samples of the new Della Vite Rosé Prosecco will be on offer for those who spot Penelope, as well as spot prizes and rewards for anyone sporting the Della Vite Rosé shade of pink.
