This spring, Della Vite Prosecco asks you to remove your rosé-tinted glasses and refresh your pink drink game, with the launch of its award-winning Della Vite Prosecco D.O.C. Rosé Millesimato 2021. Created by Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne, Della Vite is on a mission to put the sparkle back into Prosecco, with its range of sustainably sourced and wildly delicious Proseccos. With the same commitment to quality as champagne, minus the elitist cache, Della Vite was made for celebrating life’s spontaneous moments. Elegant in coral colour, but bold and different in taste, this is Prosecco Rosé on a new level.
Following the launch of its multi award-winning Superiore D.O.C.G and Treviso D.O.C, Della Vite has turned its attention to Prosecco Rosé, with the launch of its first vintage Prosecco. Despite accounting for 12% of total retail Prosecco sales, the production of D.O.C Prosecco Rosé was only approved in 2020, meaning this new category is yet to build a reputation for quality wines. Staying true to its challenger nature, Della Vite is determined to address this, with a vintage Prosecco Rosé which tastes like no other. An aromatic nose of crushed wild berries and rhubarb gives way to a bright, fresh palate of delicate fruit flavours, balanced by a creamy texture and long-lasting finish. Only launched on 18th May, the new DV Rosé is already turning heads, having been awarded the ‘Master’ medal in the prestigious Global Prosecco Masters.
When it comes to creating top quality Proseccos, Della Vite leaves nothing to chance. The winery, based in the heart of North-Eastern Italy, is run by a third-generation wine making family, whose knowledge of traditional winemaking, blended with cutting-edge technology has resulted in a Prosecco which is deliciously different in flavour, sustainably sourced and 100% vegan. The extra-dry blend is fermented for 90 days, rather than the standard 30, using a unique homemade strain of yeast, before being carefully filtered using ceramic filtration. This gives the wine a depth of flavour and creamy texture, which is rarely seen in Prosecco Rosés.
Co-founders of Della Vite, the Delevingne sisters, commented on the launch:
Cara Delevingne: “Della Vite was created out of a shared loved of Prosecco-filled family holidays in Italy – the best moments together, which we’ll treasure forever. Rosé really has the same nostalgic power – everyone remembers their first sip of rosé of the summer, but why restrict that feeling to just a few months a year? So, we used a love of pink drinks as the inspiration to create Della Vite in pink – a deliciously different Prosecco Rosé, which can be enjoyed and remembered all year round. And not only does she taste good, but she does good as well, because, as part of our environmental commitment, our Prosecco Rosé follows just the same sustainable production process as our other wines, with a donation from each bottle purchased going to My Trees – win, win”
Chloe Delevingne: “We can’t wait to be starting on the next phase of the DV journey with the launch of our Prosecco Rosé. We know ‘pink’ is a big trend in the drinks market, but all too often, it’s just about the appearance and not enough about the taste. So, we set ourselves a challenge to create a product that not only looks the part, but also tastes great - we’re proud to say that we think our Della Vite Prosecco D.O.C. Rosé Millesimato does just that. We’re so looking forward to introducing it to our customers this summer and making Rosé part of their DV occasion.”
Poppy Delevingne: “We’re incredibly proud that less than two years after launching, we’ve got a new addition to the Della Vite family – and this time, she’s pink! We’re beyond excited to reveal not only the amazing taste, but also the super-chic design of our Prosecco Rosé. The colour of the liquid, combined with the frosted bottle is just beautiful and makes a real statement when being poured at a party or popped open at a sunny weekend lunch”
So, this spring, Della Vite invites you to enjoy Prosecco Rosé as it should be – uncompromising in quality, spontaneous in occasion and free-spirited in celebration – re-fresh your rosé game and let DV show you what you’ve been missing.

It's definitely problem with your immunity. When I didn't think about it, I also got sick very often. Endless colds, flu and so on. When I started taking the CBD Oil 10% supplements that you can check on this site, my disease rates dropped. And in general, I feel much better, more energetic, and I can work harder and faster.
