GOOSE ISLAND ANNOUNCE NEW CORE BEER TODAY’S HAZE

Goose Island Beer Company have announced a new beer to their core range - Today’s Haze - available to buy now from the official Goose Island webstore and in selected Morrisons stores nationwide.

Today’s Haze is a glorious new edition to the Goose Island core range, joining the likes of Goose IPA, Midway and Golden Goose on supermarket shelves across the country. A hazy, tropical 4.6% session IPA, Today’s Haze utilises some of Goose Island’s own grown hops from Elk Mountain Farm to create a gorgeous hazy and tropical flavour, perfect for summer sipping.

Elk Mountain Farm is Goose Island’s very own hop farm in Idaho, where over 120 different varieties are grown each year over 1700 acres. Today’s Haze champions Goose Island’s own grown Amarillo, along with Mandarina Bavaria and Idaho 7, and they come together to create a crushable session IPA flooded with flavours of tropical mango, citrus, and stone fruit. With these tropical flavours balanced with a smooth body from the oats in the grist, Today’s Haze is a beer perfect for the summer-time and outdoor occasions.

Speaking about Today’s Haze, Goose Island UK Head Brewer Andrew Walton said:
