Multi-Platinum and chart-topping singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Lauv releases his brand-new single and video “All 4 Nothing (I’m So In Love)” and we are here for it, the funky ballad off the new album "All 4 Nothing" out August 5th is one of the most anticipated track (and album) by the blue crew (that's the name for lauv's fanbase).
The track is the second one off the new album following his comeback single "26".
Following the success of his debut album "How I'm Feeling" which gained billions of streams on Spotify during the beginning of the pandemic, lauv has also just released a massive North America tour in the fall of 2022 with special guest Hayley Kyioko.
The video sees lauv acting with his singer and songwriter Sophie Case who's also lauv's partner in real life. The couple has been entertaining the audience on social media throughout the pandemic with cute videos and live streams. Sophie Case aka Silver Sphere will be opening for Jeremy Zucker in Europe this coming July! Don't miss that!
On the inspiration behind the new single, Lauv shares “All 4 Nothing (I'm So In Love)” is a song about loving someone so much at a time in your life when you’re still in the process of learning how to love yourself and being scared how your own personal insecurities could ruin a love that is and could be so genuine and transformative. In essence, it’s a song about surrendering to love and life.”
On the video shoot, Lauv continues “shooting the video with Hannah Lux Davis was an amazing, eye opening experience which has not only pushed the boundaries of how I see myself as an artist but also as a clear example of the true artist that Hannah herself is and her ability to bring those things out in the artists she works with. It surpassed every dream I could've had for shooting a video for this song."
Whilst we wait for the singer to drop new European dates, we enjoy his new music as much as we can to sing out loud at his shows!
