AsFireFalls -Oblivion

US metalcore band AsFireFalls strike with adrenaline with their latest song Oblivion. It is no secret that I love my metalcore and screamo, so for me Oblivion is a chance to indulge even more. At the outset the song really pulls you in, and those unclean vocals and the overall rhythm of the song just creating such an electric synergy.

Within the same breath however I also like how during the second half of the track, AsFireFalls keep us on our toes, as they slow things down, which shows them really showcasing their diverse and intricate personality as a band. It adds a gentleness to the song, which gives you a moment to not experience some clean vocals, but also focus a little more clearly on the deep and impactful lyrics.
