Blank Cassettes - Dating App Sadness

UK band Blank Cassettes have released their playful new song, Dating App Sadness. The song is very catchy, and I love that this is a song written about the times that we are living in - the highs and lows of online dating and dating apps. The track is pretty easy to pick up, especially the chorus, ‘she’s now with someone else’. Blank Cassettes also remind me a little bit of the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Bloc Party or even Alt J, but with much more of a fresher 2024 sound to them, I would definitely suggest giving this latest song a listen, and hey who knows where that leads you to next.
