ENDURE - Take Me (Feat. Brooks Herring)

American singer-songwriter Brooks Herring teams up with ENDURE for new single, Take Me which is probably one of the most heartiest and powerful songs you will ever hear.

I love the vocals so much on this song because you can get a real sense of how its being sung directly from the core of the soul to the point where you can really feel the music. It takes me back to the days of listening to the likes of bands such as Three Days Grace or Switchfoot who were such influential in the early days of my exploration into the world of alternative music back when I was in my late teens.

Take Me, lyrically is just as epic because the closer you listen, and the more each segment of the lyrics unravels, the stronger your connection becomes, especially when you fixate your attention on lines ‘Take Me, when the world begins to turn, take me when the whole world starts to burn, there’s a wolf i keep chained up inside, but if it means you live tonight, turn your eyes, release me to the wild’. Not only are those so deep, but listening to them feels so cathartic making me wish I could sing along at the top of my lungs as I meditate on each and every word.

A word to note is that Take Me is a teaser from ENDURE’s upcoming record, and it is so nice to see how the different style of both Jay Denton (a.k.a ENDURE) and Brooks Herring flows so nicely and feels like the most natural of collaborations.

I hope in coming months we get to witness even more future works from the pair, but for now we can lift our voices in praise as we enjoy every single drop of Take Me. Available on all major music platforms right now
