KARINA - Bored (Stripped)

US based singer-songwriter KARINA has released a brought out a stripped back version of her latest single, Bored. From the very outset I am left speechless at the way it has been beautifully written which such raw vulnerability which flows throughout the song. 

The great thing about stripped back versions is that it allows you as a listener to really focus, so with Bored you can really gain a full appreciation of the lyrics and KARINA’s stunning voice. With the song consisting of just herself and her piano the song also feels quite unplugged and intimate which only adds to its beauty even more. 

I feel alot of people will listen to Bored and get a sense that they are not just listening to KARINA, but also that they have found a kindred spirit who they can relate to because the way that the music speaks to their mind. If I had to compare KARINA to other artists out their then I would happily proclaim that if you are fond of the likes of Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish or Taylor Swift then KARINA will be another perfect recommendation to check out on your daily playlist too. 

I cannot wait to explore and add more of KARINA’s music into my life. Its only the first month of 2024, and already I feel like I may have very much stumbled across my favourite breakthrough artist of the year.
