Appearing in the 2022 Season of American, uncle and niece Dustin Chapman and Ryleigh Madison better known as kindred. have continued to flourish with confidence having already been named in the industry by some as the duo of the year and emerging new artists of 2023. More recently the pair have released their latest single Still which came out on the 13th October 2023.

All I have to say is - wow! This is such a wholesome and pure song which radiates in so many ways, with the faith in God’s Will at the center. As a person of faith myself, hearing Still for the first time was so comforting and powerful to hear, and I feel regardless of who you are, you can gain a lot of strength and encouragement from this song.

Life can feel tough sometimes, but kindred encourage of something important - put our trust in the promises of God to guide us through those storms in life. Still is not just a song, it is something which provides much needed light.

As for Dustin and Ryleigh, there dynamic compliments one another perfectly especially when their vocals unite, helping to elevate the song to a higher level, leaving you feel refreshed, strong and full of positivity. At church we sometimes hear the term - the armour of God, and the putting on the helmet of faith - Still is the perfect song to place yourself in that atmosphere.

With the song only coming out a few days, I am confident that the more people that discover it, the more it will be a springboard for even more great times for kindred. All is left to say is for me to give a personal thank you to Dustin and Ryleigh for gracing us with such a special song.
