Nicholas McCoppin - more like you

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine it was possible to hear the words ‘asos jeans’ being incorporated in to the opening lyrics of a song, but I tell you what when I heard Nicolas McCoppin singing those words I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Having released L.E.S Boy at the start of September, Nicholas was back with his brand new single more like you.

Until this day I had never known the world of Nicholas McCoppin existed, but thank fuck I discovered it now, because let me tell you this is some seriously good music, and is the type of song you want to throw yourself into because you have great and playful lyrics which feel like a conversation within your mind.

I also love how Nicholas McCoppin doesn’t hold back in expressing how he feels in such an unapologetic but enriching way. That comes across even more when you watch the video to the song too and helps you to get a grasp on the song even more.

If your into artists such as WEEKND then Nicholas McCoppin will feel like a match made in heaven, but i think the extra edge Nicholas has is how the music is so intricate, certainly making Nicholas someone to look out for.

I see great things on the horizon, so let’s hope we don’t have to wait to much longer till we see Nicholas McCoppin performing live here in the UK, because my gut is telling me the UK music fans will be welcoming him with open arms!
