Nothing but a Nightmare - When the Curtain Falls

I will be the first to admit it, when it comes to cover tracks I am not the biggest fan. However when I heard that US based alternative rock banned Nothing but a Nightmare released their own version of Greta Van Fleet’s track When the Curtain Falls, I was actually quite curious. As soon as I pressed play, I could easily see how Nothing But A Nightmare made the song their own and in a lot of ways enable the band to give it a new lease of life.

Vocally, lyrically and sonically, When The Curtain falls is the perfect in every single way, and I can easily imagine what the vibe of fellow music fans would be like if and should Nothing But A Nightmare played the next time they are browsing through their favourite music platforms. The ideal song too especially if you want to sing at the top of your lungs.

Some people, especially those hardcore Greta Van Fleet fans, may think it was a huge risk and a gamble deciding such a well known and much loved classic song, but regardless of how bold it might have appeared, it was a gamble which payed off for Nothing but a Nightmare. If anything for a rock band it just showed how as a band they are just looking to continue to push themselves creatively.

I look forward to seeing what Nothing but a Nightmare treat us music fans too next, and I know whatever that next body of work might look like, it will be a special one for sure. Ready to listen now, When The Curtain Falls, may just be the track you are looking for so go check it out today.
