Paul Cook & The Chronicles - Get Along

Darkus

To be an indie music fan, it would be fair to say that there is no better time to be alive than now, especially given just how well the indie music scene, especially here in the UK is thriving. What is even more exciting to see is how we are seeing a wave of a new generation of artists such as the likes of Sam Fender, The Snuts and Andrew Cushin who are flying the flag for indie music in 2022.

With that in mind, it is a blessing I am able to give you all a recommendation to add to your collection, London based Paul Crook & The Chronicles with their latest single, Get Along. Having only been out for less than a week, Get Along is one of those songs which will earn the love and loyalty of music fans sooner than you know. As a song, Get Along is quite a fun, upbeat track, with powerful yet engaging lyrics which will have you humming along.

Having listened to the song myself, I found it to be one of those special nuggets of gold that you could easily listen to non-stop, on loop for many hours a day, due to how addictive it is as a song. I am not entirely familiar any of the previous releases by Paul Crook & The Chronicles, but this latest track Get Along has certainly caught my undivided attention, where I happily admit I am liking what I am hearing.

I always like to imagine what would happen if ever I got to see any song performed live in front of me, and if I was to see Paul Cook & The Chronicle playing somewhere such as Reading & Leeds Festival, I have no doubt that Get Along will be a song which result in a lot of very happy people. Not only would I recommend Get Along to my fellow indie fans, but I would also try and convince friends who listen to other genres to take a chance on Paul Crook & The Chronicles because you know what, it will be one of those tracks which leaves you pleasantly surprised. So don’t delay any longer, and start listening to Get Along right now.
