Roast Apple - Cheap Perfume

Back in October, German indie-pop band Roast Apple released their single and music video, Cheap Perfume.

Filled with honesty, it won't take long before you are singing along to the chorus ‘show me the way you feel, talking about the way you feel, all the time I am thinking about myself, don’t leave me hanging here, show me the way I feel, all the time I am thinking about myself’.

The music video, we see the band performing the song dressed smartly in suits, with the beach and the waves in the background. In the grand scheme of it although it might be tamer than some of the more extravagant videos out there, it is the simplicity of this video which elevates Cheap Perfume because it is a song which speaks for itself.
