Sam Jayne - Nineteen

Imagine if you could back in time and speak to your younger self and the advice you would tell yourself, or even contemplate about how you would do things differently. Well that is exactly what Leeds based singer-songwriter Sam Jaybe does with her brand new single, Nineteen.

Reminiscing about falling in love when she was 19, and that feeling of heart break when you thought you had found the one, Sam Jayne provides a very open and honest song, and creates a song which sparks a chord within ourselves.

There are a number of verses on this song which are full of wisdom, the kind which make sense in hindsight such as ‘your only Nineteen, would the of your dreams have you crying in the shower every night. The sky is not falling your going to be fine.’

I am really looking forward to hearing even more of Sam Jayne’s material because Nineteen has definitely caught my attention and made me feel like seeking out even more of her music all thanks to this incredible track.
