There is nothing I love than a bit good of hearty rock music, so I was really couldn’t wait to find out more about Sean Whiting and The Big Badness and their brand new single, Make You Mine, which came out on 6th May 2022.
Having listened for the very first time I just loved how this track had such amazing energy to it. It kind of has a country feel to it when you first tune in, but you see those elements of rock shining through as the song progresses. What also works in the song’s favour is how it is quite a catchy little number both in terms of rhythm and the lyrics themselves, so it does not matter if this is your first encounter with Sean Whiting and The Big Badness, because you can dig in and get involved. By the end you will find yourself singing along to Make You Mine and loving every moment of it.
Although the song has been out for pretty much 48 hours, I can see Make You Mine a popular hit in the weeks that follow, with Sean Whiting and The Big Badness picking up some brand new fans along the way too. Would I go away and listen to more of their music again? I probably would yes, because Sean Whiting and The Big Badness are giving us all some good honest music and the type of songs that put you in a good mood.
