Select Few - Over and Out

Combining their longterm friendship and their shared love of music, US based duo Select Few return with their brand new single Over and Out. For anyone into their pop-punk or alternative rock this new helping has all the main ingredients of a good track.

It may be a little less fast paced than what you would expect from pop-punk but where Over and Out really shines is with the lyricism, because not only are they quite deep and reflective, but I also find them to be engaging too.

Select Few strike me the type of people who also like to get a little bit experimental when it comes to their music, and you can certainly pick up with this new song that they are not shy in exploring their creativity in a sonical sense.

If you are listening to Over and Out for the first time it would probably be a little too melancholy in places, however I urge you not to give up on it, because I feel personally that this is one of those occasions that the more you listen to it, the more it will grow on you. With Over and Out I also feel that this is only a drop in the ocean when it comes to giving us all an insight into what Select Few are capable of, and what ever the next chapter of their journey looks like, it will certainly be an interesting one for sure.
