The Ghost Party - Severed Hands

If you are a fan of bands such as Parels or even Temples, then it feels only right that we introduced you to The Ghost Party and their latest single Severed Hands which was released on 3rd March 2023.

For me, I just can’t help fall in love with this song because everything is so incredible about it - lyrics which ooze with poetic finesse, vocals which dreamy and soothing and musically a rhythm which just feels so blissful and calming. Severed Hands hands is the type of song you can just listen to as you watch the world go by whether that be on your travels or enjoying a bit of quality alone time.

This is the first time I have listened to The Ghost Party, and based on initial impressions to say I am happy at what I am witnessing would be an understatement. I am a little bit funny when it comes to Psychedelic Rock, although it is one of my favourite genres, I am also quite particular, but I can hand on heard say that The Ghost Party are one of those names I would be only too honoured to listen to time and time again.

Severed Hands, for any first time listener like me, I would say is the perfect introduction to the Texas band, and there is plenty of charisma and vibrancy in the song itself to make you crave even more The Ghost Party in your life. With me being over here in the UK, I am so thankful for the digital world we live in whereby music crosses borders to introduce me to bands such as this. My only hope now is that one day in the not distant future they tour to this side of the pond real soon!

For now though I shall enjoy every single drop of brilliance which Severed Hands is radiating! So if you are looking for that new favourite band for 2023, then trust me The Ghost Party is a choice you won’t ever regret.
