Describing themselves as an underground indie collective, Texas based The Wheel Workers have certainly been making waves over the past number of months. To the delight of their fans, they released their first piece of music for 2022 in the shape of their latest track Harbour.


I have listened to a vast amount of indie bands over the years all whom have made their own special impact within the music scene, and what I can say about The Wheel Workers especially, based on this newest single is that they have caught my attention for all the right reasons.


The song itself has such a deep and captivating vibe to it both sonically and lyrically and is one where as a first time listener is a song where you can truly lose yourself in the music as you embrace everything the track has to offer. I listen to this song and not only am I taken on a journey, but I also feel myself making an instant connection to the point that my mind is blown that a talented quintet from Texas in the USA is speaking to my mind as I resonate with their music, which makes the listening experience all the more special.


I hold my hands up and hang my head in shame that I did not discover The Wheel Workers any sooner, but the good thing is now I have discovered the beauty of their music which lies in the form of this brand new track, it is the encouragement I need to ensure I waste no time in checking out more of the brilliant material that this exceptional band have to offer.
