Unwanted Guest - Every Part of Me

I will be the first to admit it, when I say that it has been a while since I listened to a nice bit of hard rock. However when I was introduced to Every Part Of Me, the latest track by UK based band Unwanted Guest, I could not help but feel excited. Yea sure you have the likes of Iron Maiden and Metallica, both very good and established bands, but Unwanted Guest are that new blood, part of the new generation of the hard-rock scene, who are capable of giving those well known greats a run for their money.

Taken from their album Grave Metallum, Every Part Of Me, on its own definitely packs a punch, both in terms of the energy of the song itself and also honest lyrics which take this from being just any other hard-rock song, to instead one of real relatability and depth. In other words, yes you listen and create your very own circle pit, but you can equally connect and resonate with the narrative behind the song itself.

I am a bit disappointed, not in the band or the song, but in me myself for waiting to listen to Every Part of Me in order for Unwanted Guest to come on my radar. However having able to thoroughly enjoy everything that the band have to offer on this latest single, I cannot wait to discover even more of the band’s great music moving forward.
