Vivienne Cure - Barricade

Vivienne Cure and her band return with the official music video to their latest single Barricade. A nice easy song to get into, any new music fan will have no issue following along especially as the words are so easy to learn, that you will be chanting along in next to no time.

As a vocalist Vivienne has a powerful voice which forms the centre piece for this song, with the her radiating such confidence. If were to compare her to other artists out their based on my experience of Barricade I would compare her maybe to the likes of Lacuna Coil and maybe even Nightwish.

In terms of the video itself the fact that there is no extravagant storyline to it, the dark and edgy feel to it echoes the song itself which suits Barricade’s aesthetic down to a tee.
